Privacy
Privacy on PHP Developer Guides can be summed up in the following bullet points:
- Cookies are not used.
- No personal data is collected, other than IP addresses in logs (which, depending on who you ask, may or may not be personal data). I don't use IP addresses to identify individuals (and probably couldn't anyway, without additional information).
- No tracking is used.
- Everything on the site (CSS, fonts etc.) is either from the PHP Developer Guides server or uses the native functionality in your browser.
As with most websites, every request to PHP Developer Guides is logged, including the IP address used to make the request. Log files are automatically overwritten at least once every 30 days. Some aggregate statistics are retained on an ongoing basis, e.g. how many unique visitors there have been each month.
